I appreciate how they didn't rush me and made sure I understood my options, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other places I've visited. The repair work was completed ahead of schedule, and I was thrilled with the quality. My car looked and felt brand new! The paint job was flawless, and they even detailed my car inside and out, which was an unexpected bonus. Although the location can be a bit tricky to find due to construction, it’s worth the search. I had my car repaired here after a minor accident, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The staff was incredibly friendly and made the entire process so smooth. They walked me through what needed to be done and even gave me a timeline for when I could expect my car to be ready. The work was impeccable; my car looks as good as new! I also appreciated their transparency regarding costs, as there were no hidden fees or surprises. The only thing I would suggest is improving the waiting area. It’s a bit cramped and could use some more seating and magazines to make the wait a little more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs!

The only downside was that there were some delays in communication regarding the status of my car, but they were super apologetic and assured me it was just a one-off situation. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the results.
